The question is...
Friday 6th Jun Why am I 'Walking For Parkinsons?' Simply put, it's because I can't run! (Insert laughter here).No, seriously, it's because I can't run and there's thousands of people across the UK who can't run away from the impact of being diagnosed with and then living with Parkinsons Disease. The key thing is the 'living with '. Somehow through the challenges you've got to keep on living.
So much than a tremor, but that's what most people think about when they hear of Parkinsons; but not so much is known about how life changing this can be. I'm hoping that by Walking for Parkinsons, I can help to raise awareness and funds to support the work of this charity so that people living with Parkinsons can do just that - continue to live! Share
