Motivation

Sunday 21st Sep I do like a challenge! After completing the GNR 2025 in 2hrs 53mins, I now want to better that and hope that by staying fit and consistent between now and the next GNR, I’ll be able to improve my time by an extra ten minutes. Every penny raised through sponsorship and my own donations will go to a worthy charity which is supporting people with, and research for, Parkinson’s disease. Share
