Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Hi all,
I’m running the Bath Half this year to raise money for Parkinson's UK.
My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s three years ago.
Parkinson’s is progressive and there is currently no cure. It will make the things we love to do together as a family like skiing, going to the gym, or even just getting outdoors together much harder to do.
My dad is the one who got me into football when I was little and it’s something we’ve always shared. Being able to keep enjoying that and sport together is so important to us and more importantly, we want a cure.
