Walk for Parkinson's 100 mile challenge 2025

Every Little Helps.

I’m taking part in Walk for Parkinson’s 100 Mile Challenge to help fund specialist care for people with Parkinson’s.

Everybody has their own reasons for supporting Parkinson's, mine is somewhat selfish. Last year my wife had a dreadful time, starting off with a cancer diagnosis, and ending up with a Parkinson's diagnosis just before Christmas. There's not much I can do to help her, so I'm trying to raise as much money for research as I can. I know that every pound raised is a big step towards improving hers and other sufferers lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help.

Tidying Things Up

Tuesday 22nd Apr
As I mentioned in the previous update, I had collected donations from friends and relatives in cash. I thought it would make things easier if I added it on here in my name. However I still want to thank them all for their kind donations, it will all help, and they are.
Andrew Cooper, Graham Fletcher, Linda Cooper-Clayton, Janette Cooper-Allan, Stuart Allan, Sarah Allan, and Jamie Allan.
Thank you all.

Every Little Helps.

When I started this thing off I was hoping to collect £100. I also have a donation sheet with which I'm asking people face to face to sponsor me, and so far I have raised £185 on that one. When you combine the two you can see that I have surpassed my £100 target, and that's down to all you kind people. Thank you all once again.

Thank you to my sponsors
