Sunday 21st Jun The day has come and the sun shone, and I completed the 5.4 miles and survived - that’s what I call a result.
Doing this in memory of my dad
Thursday 11th Jun I try to do something for this every coupe of years for Parkinson's this year they are raising funds for specialist nurses and they were amazing with my dad.
