Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Great North Run on 13 September 2026 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK.
My Amazing mam was unfortunately diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease back in 2012, she has been so brave and inspiring battling this cruel disease. The condition has deteriorated significantly in the past 12 months with mam now having to live in a care home to be supported 24/7. Seeing her so vulnerable and unable to do most basic tasks made me decide that however hard I will find this is nothing in comparison.
Please help by sponsoring me whatever you can. All the money raised will go to Parkinson’s UK nurses, to provide much-needed advice, support and information for people who are living with the condition.
