Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the TCS 2026 London Marathon for Parkinson’s UK and would really appreciate your support!
My dad, an avid runner himself, was unfortunately diagnosed with Parkinson's 2 years ago so I decided to take up running in January 2024 as a way to spend more time together. We have since competed in a number of running events of varying distances but now is the time for me to take my first plunge at a marathon.
And who better to raise money for than Parkinson's UK.
Dad is my running inspiration, and every mile I do - I do for him. He never got the chance to do a marathon. This will be for both of us!
