As many of you will know, our amazing Husband/Dad/Father in Law/Grandad, Pat, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease a few years back, earlier than many at 59 years old. Since his diagnosis he has had support from amazing Parkinson’s nurses and community support groups, and we would now like to start helping support these in our own small way.
