This year, I’m taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of Parkinson’s UK, and I’d truly appreciate your support.
I’m running for Parkinson’s UK because my grandfather was diagnosed in recent years. Parkinson’s is often misunderstood — many people think it simply causes shaky hands, but it’s a complex condition that affects movement, mental health, and everyday life in many different ways.
By raising awareness and funds, I hope to help improve understanding of the disease and support vital research into better treatments and care.
Your donation will help drive breakthroughs, improve support for those living with Parkinson’s, and make a real difference to quality of life.
