Why we are fundraising for Parkinson's UK

We are a mixture of Parkinson's patients, family and loved ones, who have met and gained lasting friendship through PD/Neuro Warrior excercise classes here in Bristol. We are aware how the amount of people being diagnosed is increasing every year. The NHS is struggling to cope under the strain. All money raised on this walk is earmarked for the training of specialist Nurses and Doctors which will benefit us and future families affected by this condition.

Thousands of us are uniting across the UK to help people with Parkinson's and those who love and care for us to get access to the support we need, when we need it and hopefully make more people aware of the condition.
