Walk for Parkinson's: Bath 2025

We did it!

Well, it was the perfect day for walking in Bath last Saturday, when over 200 people gathered to walk in aid of Parkinson's UK.  The campus of Bath Spa University looked beautiful in the pale sunlight, there was only a slight breeze and the temperature as just right.
It was announced that the event had raised over £30,000 by the time it was held, but there is still time to add to that - another 6 weeks I believe.

It was a treat for me to walk with friends - quite slowly - in this lovely setting of trees, lakes and a walled garden,  through ancient gates and around some very modern buildings. The sense of achievement at the end was well worth the effort - as well as knowing we were helping a really good cause. Thank you to everyone who sponsored us either as a team or as individuals.

Roll on the next event!

Why we are fundraising for Parkinson's UK

We're walking to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it.

Thousands of us are uniting to help people with Parkinson’s, and those who love and care for them, get access to the support they need.
