Amy lost someone who holds a very special place in her heart to this disease Great Granda Vass he was a incredible man and spent 15 years with him all the memories made together are so precious and cherished.
Please help by sponsoring our team whatever you can. All the money raised will go to Parkinson’s UK nurses, to provide much-needed advice, support and information for people who are living with the condition.
