Why we are fundraising for Parkinson's UK
We're taking part in Walkies for Parkinson's to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it.
Thousands of us are uniting to help people with Parkinson’s, and those who love and care for them, get access to the support they need.
The three of us have decided to take on this fundraiser in memory of someone very special. This year we lost our Dad David, who had been living with Parkinsons disease for over 15years. As difficult as living with parkinsons was, not just for him but for all that loved him, he was very lucky to have a good network of friends and family and excellent care from the Parkinsons clinic team.
We believe raising some money to fund this vital care can help enable everyone going through this difficult disease to access the support they need, and to one day find a cure!
Our dogs are loving the walks around the beautiful Gower Peninsula and the canyons and valleys of Los Angeles. Every step and walk Dad is in our heart - thanks for reading and thank you for your donation. Rosie, Manu, Adam & Natalie.
