Sign up options

There are 3 different sign up options to choose from. If you choose an option that has a minimum fundraising amount, 80% of the fundraising is required 10 weeks before the trip. The remaining 20% is required within 2 weeks of your return. Our Events team is on hand for any fundraising support and advice you need.

Fundraising option

Pay a registration fee when you sign up, raise a minimum fundraising amount, and we'll cover the cost of your trip.

Part-payment

Cover part of the trip cost yourself, raise a minimum fundraising amount, and we'll cover the remaining balance.

Full payment

Pay the full cost of your trip, and raise what you can. There is no minimum fundraising target.

About the trip

Trek along the Machame Route, gradually acclimating to the altitude and enjoying the challenging hike through rainforest, moorland, and scree. Breathtaking views will accompany you all the way to Uhuru Peak, which at 5,895m is the highest point in Africa, before a gentler journey back down.
