25 mile route
25 miles is our shortest route, and takes you along the beautiful River Wye. You'll pass the iconic Tintern Abbey and explore Hale Woods and Chepstow Woods before finishing back in Chepstow.

50 miles is our intermediate route. The route explores Flanders Moss, passing the Lake of Menteith into Fintry before ascending to the Carron Valley Reservoir.

82 miles is our most demanding route. Challenge yourself by taking on the Dukes Pass, the infamous Crow Road and the steep climb out of Lennoxtown.

Timing
Pedal Wye Valley will start at 7:00, with participants starting in waves.

All routes MUST register at check in before starting. Please arrive with plenty of time to register and collect your race pack.

There is free parking for all participants at Chepstow Race Course

Your fundraising will support our exercise programs which help people with Parkinson’s to manage their symptoms.
weekly online classes for people with Parkinson’s, at no charge?weekly physio sessions, to improve neurological and physical symptoms?designated small groups of Parkinson’s centred movement.
As a charity, we’ve been able to deliver more than £700,000 in Physical Activity Grant funding since it launched in 2021. The grants have helped more than 200 activity providers, local groups and exercise coaches
