The Great North Swim is a celebration of open water swimming in the heart of the Lake District. Expect picturesque scenery and a swimming event like no other.
Parkinson's UK is offering charity places for the 1 mile distance. Once you register with us, you will be issued a token to book on any of the available 1 mile swim events. See dates below.

All times are subject to change in the lead up to the event. Some times may show as 'sold out' on the Great North Swim's website, but please note that all Parkinson's UK swimmers are guaranteed entry into any of the 1 mile swims.

For each place we ask our swimmers to raise a minimum of £150.
