This summer, we’re showcasing a garden at the amazing RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and we invite you to bring its spirit to your own back garden.

Host a Garden Gathering in your community to raise vital funds for those with Parkinson’s and awareness of the condition.

How to host your Garden Gathering

You can host your Garden Gathering whenever you like and in whatever form you choose. You could host a relaxed barbecue, or an elegant tea party, or up the ante with a blooming garden showcase, or a stylish summer soirée - the choice is yours!

Invite friends, family, neighbours, or your wider community to join in the fun. As the host, you decide how to fundraise and there’s lots of room to get creative. You could ask for entry donations, hold a raffle, run a bake off, sell plants, or host games and make a party of it.

But we don’t expect you to do everything on your own. To help you along and bring your Garden Gathering to life, we’ve put together a fundraising guide full of tips, ideas, and inspiration, which you can access once you've signed up.

Your Garden Gathering is more than just a get together. It's a chance to connect, celebrate, and make a meaningful difference for those with Parkinson’s, all from the comfort of your own back garden.

RHS Chelsea Flower Show

We've been awarded a garden at the world-famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May 2026.

The garden, A Garden for Every Parkinson’s Journey, reflects the journey of living with Parkinson’s, symbolising adaptation, hope and connection.

Designed by award-winning gardener and BBC presenter Arit Anderson, it invites the Parkinson’s community to experience the benefits of gardening and the immense joy it can bring.

After the flower show, we're hoping the garden will live on at Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital, where it will be cared for by volunteers, including members of the Parkinson’s community.
