Snowdon Sea to Summit

Take on a breathtaking challenge that crosses some of the most beautiful landscapes in the UK. Your journey begins in Caernarfon on the Menai Strait, opposite Anglesey, and combines cycling, trekking and kayaking through the rugged scenery of Wales. The challenge finishes on the highest mountain in England and Wales - Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) - which stands at 1,085 metres.

Arctic Adventure

Brave a five-day Arctic adventure in north-eastern Finland. You’ll travel through frozen lakes and snow-covered forests, staying in traditional log cabins deep in the wilderness near Hossa.

The challenge includes two full days of snowshoeing, including an overnight stay in a remote cabin with a lakeside sauna. You’ll also experience husky sledding through snowy woodland and, if conditions allow, try cross-country skiing across frozen landscapes. Evenings are spent relaxing in saunas, watching the night skies and, with a bit of luck, catching sight of the Northern Lights.

Zambezi River Challenge

Embark on a spectacular ten-day paddling challenge along one of Africa’s greatest rivers - the Zambezi. You’ll cover more than 100km of the river as you journey through wild and remote landscapes.

Paddling along the borders of Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe, you’ll pass islands teeming with wildlife, with chances to spot hippos, crocodiles and elephants along the riverbanks. The challenge builds to an incredible finale rafting below Victoria Falls in the dramatic Batoka Gorge, home to some of the world’s most powerful white-water rapids.

Lake District Triple Challenge

Do an action-packed multi-sport adventure in the heart of the Lake District National Park. In just two days, you’ll trek to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston, tackle the off-road mountain bike trails of Grizedale Forest, and kayak across the beautiful waters of Coniston Water.

With all bike and kayak equipment provided, you can focus on the challenge and enjoy the stunning landscapes as you move from mountain paths to forest trails and open water.

Wingwalking

Five locations across the UK

Take on the ultimate adrenaline challenge with a real wingwalking experience. Flights are available at airfields in Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Shropshire and Dorset.

After completing your first wingwalk, you can choose to take it even further with an aerobatic experience, including thrilling manoeuvres such as barrel rolls and loops.

Great North Swim

12 to 14 June 2026
Windermere, Cumbria
£20 to £95 (depending on distance)

Dive into one of the UK’s biggest open water swimming events by doing the Great North Swim in Windermere. With distances ranging from 250m right up to 10K, plus a SwimRun option, there’s a challenge to suit every level, from first-time open water swimmers to experienced endurance athletes.

Set in the stunning Lake District, you’ll take on a fully supported course alongside thousands of other swimmers, soaking up the festival atmosphere and incredible scenery as you swim in England’s largest lake.

Bungee Jump

Take the leap with the UK Bungee Club and experience a memorable adrenaline challenge. With jump heights ranging from 150ft to 300ft and events at 14 locations across the UK, you can choose the jump that’s right for you. Whether it’s your first time bungee jumping or you’re chasing a bigger thrill, it’s a powerful way to support Parkinson’s UK.
