Challenge yourself at the Cardiff Half Marathon and help raise vital funds for the Parkinson's community. Starting out from Cardiff Castle, you'll race past the beautiful Penarth Marina and around Cardiff Bay, before looping around Roath Park Lake on your way to the finish line.
You'll see some of Cardiff's best sights and most iconic landmarks along the way. The flat and fast road-based course is perfect for beginners or experienced runners trying to hit a personal best!

- We'll keep you up to date by email and share our fundraising and training tips.
- You'll have access to a range of fundraising materials.
- We'll be along the route cheering you on!
Entry options
Charity place entry
Secure your place in the Cardiff Half Marathon for Team Parkinson's.
Registration is £30 and the minimum sponsorship is £300.
Own place entry
If you already have your own place with the race organisers for the 2026 Cardiff Half Marathon, you can still run for Team Parkinson's. Our suggested fundraising target is £150.
