Challenge yourself and take on the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon in May 2026. You even have an opportunity to be part of history: the marathon is expected to be the first African part of the Abbot World Marathon Majors beginning in 2026.
That doesn't mean it's only for serious elite marathon runners - with a beginner-friendly cut-off time of 6 hours 30 minutes, this fast and mostly flat route is great for people taking on their first marathon.
How we'll support you
- You'll get a free Parkinson's UK breathable running top.
- We'll send you exclusive email updates including fundraising and training tips.
- You'll have access to a range of fundraising materials.
